After more than two decades working across architecture, construction management, and project development, Adriana Castro identified a recurring challenge: the industry often treats design, technical planning, and construction execution as separate worlds, resulting in misalignment, inefficiencies, and outcomes that fall short of their potential. ARKTON was created precisely to close that gap.
