Adriana Castro

Architect • General Contractor • LEED AP BD+C • Founder of ARKTON

Adriana Castro is an architect, licensed General Contractor, and LEED AP BD+C with more than twenty years of multidisciplinary experience across design, sustainability consulting, construction management, and project development. She holds a master's degree in Construction Management and has led the conceptualization and execution of residential, commercial, restaurant, and wellness environments. Her career path—from university professor to sustainable design consultant, architect, builder, and now founder of ARKTON—shaped her integrated approach to project development and construction intelligence. She advocates for human-centered spaces, conscious building methodologies, and a more holistic relationship between design, construction, and well-being.

Building is an act of responsibility. Spaces shape people, and every decision we make as designers and builders must elevate well-being, clarity, and conscious construction for the future.

Adriana’s areas of expertise span the full spectrum of project development and execution, including preconstruction strategy, construction management, and architectural coordination that integrates design and technical precision. Her background in sustainability and LEED BD+C strengthens her commitment to high-performance, human-centered environments. She also brings strong capabilities in business development, project execution systems, multidisciplinary communication, and leadership within the women-in-construction field.
